I’m a communications executive specializing in developing and directing comprehensive strategic communication programs. I have extensive stakeholder relations experience and demonstrated leadership, teambuilding and mentoring abilities. I’m also a husband and father, a Chicago Cubs fan, a live music lover and a coffee addict. I like motorcycles and Texas country music. I’d rather affect change than sit still.

Chief Operating Officer

Partner with the CEO to ensure daily health of the company, appropriate planning for increased productivity, staff training and overall management. Provide direct leadership for the Footprints Floors franchising program to include developing and overseeing marketing programs, navigating legal requirements, assigning, tracking and reporting statuses of various tasks and ensuring timely completion of all related franchising requirements.

  • Oversee, update and manage the fiscal year marketing plan to include increased social media presence, reputation management and improved stakeholder relations.

United States Air Force

Senior Airman

Honor graduate from Basic Training (top 3%). Trained as a 2T151 Vehicle Operator. Received early promotion to E-4 and cross-trained in surveillance tactics, dignitary protection and defensive driving. Deployed multiple times in support of active combat operations in the Middle East and received an Honorable Discharge in 2002.

  • Successfully led mission-critical troop and supply movements during multiple deployments throughout the Middle East
